goodwipes
I grew up in what you’d call a “tushy wipe household.” Our butts were treated as luxury items, with lots of care. So I’m no stranger to butt wipes, or tushy wipes. In fact, you might call me somewhat of a connoisseur. I always travel with wipes, whether I’m commuting or going on vacation. My butt deserves the best. And I think this is it.
Quick Facts: Actually flushable, hypoallergenic adult wipes made from 100% plant-based fibers (wood pulp and viscose), infused with aloe and vitamin e. Clinically tested for sensitive skin, cruelty-free, and certified flushable by IWSFG (the leading international flushability standard).
Reasons to love:
The perfect closure. This was one of my biggest issues with other tushy wipes. They never close properly. Ever. Goodwipes smartly added a clip mechanism that actually seals shut. Thank god, because there’s nothing worse than a dry wipe.
Smooth and easy. These wipes glide like a figure skater at the Winter Olympics (too much? Well sorry, 2026 will be the year of fiber so expect more of that). The aloe makes them feel genuinely soothing. And I love a smooth tush.
Flushable! The worst part about using tushy wipes is they’re not all flushable. It’s a real problem plaguing sewage systems everywhere. Luckily these are truly flushable. They’re third-party tested and certified to break down in municipal and septic systems. No more guilt-flushing or awkward trash situations.
Where to buy: Online at goodwipes.com and in stores nationwide

Alkify - Coffee Acid Reducer

Confession: I am an acid reflux girlie and coffee addict. It’s a curse, really, a combo that makes me a criminally noncompliant patient (when you complain about acid reflux, most docs will question your coffee intake). I typically just suffer my near-daily post-coffee GI consequences and have learned to complain marginally less.
So imagine just how seen I felt when Julia—Alkify’s incredible founder—reached out to share her new “coffee acid reducer.” I admittedly didn’t even know that could be a thing, and am not only thrilled to share that it is, but it also works.
Quick Facts: Unflavored, magically acid-reducing powder in single-use stickpacks.
Reasons to love:
Simple, but actually works. The coolest thing about Alkify is that it’s a supplement that actually does what it says it does (a concept!). Made with just Chicory Root Inulin, Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin D3, it contains nothing funky, but it really does reduce the acidity in my coffee noticeably. It’s made my coffee much easier on my stomach—proof to my fellow noncompliant GI patients that you can have your cake and eat it too.
An invisible superpower. It dissolves instantly (in hot or cold coffee!), leaving no trace of a chalky texture or taste. I was convinced it would have some impact on taste, but was instantly proven wrong. If anything, it makes my coffee taste and feel even smoother. It takes nothing away from the coffee tasting experience—just adds a better digestive experience and an added dose of 50% your daily value of Vitamin D and 1g of fiber.
Where to buy: Online or at Pop Up Grocer!

Let’s get into her pickup →
What is it? Three Wishes Unsweetened Cereal! There are a lot of better-for-you cereal brands out there right now, but nothing else I have tried compares to the crunch, clean ingredients and high protein content of Three Wishes Unsweetened.
Where’d you purchase it, and why that channel? I always purchase it at Whole Foods! I love Whole Foods because there are so many locations in NYC & in Cambridge/Boston. I am also definitely a Whole Foods loyalist because of the amazing deals when you are an Amazon Prime member and if you have an Amazon store card (you get 5% back on every purchase). At Whole Foods, a box of Three Wishes is usually less than $6, which I think is a steal for a better-for-you cereal/granola product!
What about this product intrigued you? I first was intrigued by Three Wishes when I saw their large, colorful boxes in the cereal aisle at Whole Foods.
I am a BIG yogurt bowl girl — I have one at least once a day (usually twice….). What I love most about my yogurt bowls is adding fun toppings, especially ones with a great crunch. Growing up, I always had granola with my yogurt (shoutout my favorite granola brand Purely Elizabeth!), but when I started at Harvard I became an avid Grape Nuts consumer. For those who don’t know, Grape Nuts is made by the company Post and was developed in 1897. Grape Nuts are small, crunchy, wheat and barley pellets (they lowkey kind of look like dog food…) that have ZERO added sugar (of any kind…no stevia, monkfruit etc.) and are EXTREMELY crunchy. Grape Nuts are found in every Harvard dining hall, and I instantly became a Grape Nut fanatic.
After a few months into college, it came to the point where I thought that my grape nut consumption was nearing unhealthy levels, and that I needed to diversify my crunchy toppings. So, one day I ventured over to Whole Foods to see if I could find a similar, unsweetened yet crunchy topping for my yogurt bowls.
Immediately, the large colorful boxes of Three Wishes caught my eye, and was ecstatic when I saw they had an unsweetened flavor. I purchased a box, instantly became hooked, and now have Three Wishes Unsweetened almost everyday!
Why do you love it? I absolutely love Three Wishes because it is high in protein (8g per serving!) and is made with clean, simple ingredients. Their unsweetened flavor is literally just: chickpea, tapioca, pea protein & salt. Additionally, all of Three Wishes’ flavors are grain & gluten free, vegan, soy-free and peanut-free, making them a great option for everyone.
Three Wishes also does have other flavors — Cinnamon, Cocoa, Honey, Fruity, Marshmallow etc. These other flavors have about 3g of sugar (organic cane sugar) per serving. Although my go-to is the unsweetened flavor, I really like Honey as it is reminiscent of Honey Nut Cheerios.
Their other flavors also boast 8g of protein per serving, and therefore make a great alternative for someone who wants a sweetened flavor, but does not want as much sugar as traditional cereals and is looking to add more protein to their diet.
Anything else you’d like to share? Three Wishes also makes chewy bars and granola. I have not tried either, but definitely super interested in trying their granola as it is sweetened with just maple syrup and monkfruit. Their chewy bars and granola are also vegan, gluten and grain free, soy-free and peanut-free, making them a great option for school lunches or for anyone with dietary restrictions!
In this week’s episode of The Curious Consumer, we chat about the new freezer aisle, the growing category of ultra-filtered milk drinks, how beauty brands are coming for full-body, and more!
Frozen food's glow-up era
Welcome to our first episode of The Curious Consumer in 2026!! We're excited to be back and sharing some of the latest stories in consumer brands, from how the frozen aisle is changing to the next big format in protein (hint: it's weirdly.... juvenile).

This Grape-Nuts origin story is amazing! I dunno why but theres something weirdly iconic about a cereal that's literally been unchanged since 1897 and still has such a dedicated following in college dining halls. The fact that Natalie needed to diversify from it rather than just quit entirely says alot about how good those crunchy little pellets actually are.
Goodwipes is the best. Sam is the best. Fund I company!!
